WPP and group companies partner with Zapr to reach large TV audiences for product 'Zipline', a centralized platform for activating various data tools.

We’re happy to announce our partnership with WPP’s GroupM and Wunderman in bringing their data platform ‘Zipline’ into the Indian market. This places Zapr’s technology in the forefront of transforming global audience engagement through an integrated offline-online experience.

We are excited at the increased adoption of media consumption targeting to drive greater efficiencies in media planning. As marketers blend the 50 inch screen with the 5 inch screen, through the Zapr platform, they can drive true cross-device targeting and engage their audiences across screens with relevant content.

“India is a strong market for our near and long term growth, and we’re particularly excited to be working with MobileWalla and Zapr Media Labs as we enter into the region. These partnerships will play an integral role in making unique audience segments available to marketers throughout their campaigns.”

What is Zipline?

Zipline is a centralized platform for activating various data tools. It helps marketers manage their own first-party data, as well as third-party data, and build customized target audiences. Zipline creates and distributes audiences across channels and media, including postal, e-mail, television and social media such as Facebook and Twitter.

Why have they partnered with Zapr Media Labs?

WPP and their group companies can now expand their reach across Zapr’s audience pool comprised of 40+ million smartphone users across India. Using our TV-to-Mobile technology, Zipline can transform India’s largest offline media consumption into targeted engagement for brands and agencies.

“Zapr Media Labs is enthusiastic about its partnership with Wunderman Data Services and its Zipline platform. The Data Alliance has been at the forefront of leveraging big data from innovative partners to power smarter marketing.
